How we work
A coach, not a recruiter
Recruiters are paid by employers to fill roles. That's a legitimate job, and it is not the same as someone working on your side of the table.
SkiillBridge is paid by you, submits you nowhere and takes no placement fee. If a role is wrong for your hours or your health, we'll say so — which nobody paid on commission can afford to do.

The questions we get most
My break was five years. Is that too long?
No. We've worked with breaks of a few months and of two decades. Length matters less than being able to talk about it calmly and show current capability.
Will you find me a job?
No. We are not a recruiter or staffing agency, we submit you nowhere, and we promise no interviews or offers. We prepare you and hold you to a weekly plan.
I can only work part-time.
That's a common constraint and it changes the target list, not the method. We're honest early about which fields make part-time realistic.
I'm leaving the military. Does that fit?
Yes. Translating service experience into civilian language is one of the clearest cases for this kind of coaching.
Do you charge placement fees?
Never. Charging a job seeker for placement is illegal in many states and unethical everywhere. You pay a monthly coaching fee, nothing else.
Can I cancel anytime?
